i have to suggest to all of you to discover to Grateful Dead band.

I have to say that I start to listen to this mythic band few months ago but really started to buy some of their stuff few weeks ago when they started to reissue their albums on HCDC sound and digipack with bonus tracks for a good price.

this band is really amazing. they did 7 or 8 studio albums in the end of the 60s and debut 70s. Their leader was Jerry Garcia and they were the pionniers of the San Francisco psyche period.

it's some psyche folk :err: It's one of the band that registered more live that studio album (i think i won't have enough of my life to buy all their live stuff LOL

their songs were about 5 or 6 minutes, but on stage, it was 15 or 20 minutes for the same song 8) . It's really a stage band. Jerry Garcia was a genius and Phil Lesh too. their masters album are 'workingman's dead', 'american beauty', 'grateful dead' or 'blues for Allah'

try to put an ear on their stuff, It's really amazing and genius.

hey bocky !! yesterday, my 'blood brother' friend made me discover a fantastic band. I know you're the specialist of 80's music and 80's hard rock. This band is cold City Boy and they registered 6 albums.

how great is their music  . They had been produced by Mutt Lange and they really sound like the pyromania Def Lep period  it's a sort of progressive pop hard. I love them

here is a link to their discography
