A regional dish from the Southern States. I do believe they are made out of corn. They can also be made from Hominy. They are like Grape Nuts cereal - or Cream of Wheat, depending on how they're made. The Native Americans introduced them centuries ago. They can be pretty good if made right-and with honey :banana:

I'm going to have a hungerstrike until they fix this forums mysterious crashes, or if the crashes were made by a some sort of hacker (or a Metallica-fan) I shall hang him from his balls...
