CASES=PLURAL!!!...HOUSINGS=PLURAL!!!!

This would suggest to would be victims that they will be getting a singular
(THAT IS 1) cover for their mobile phone.

As for the postage excuse, If u are charging people for 1st class postage
then put it on the package, yet again another misleading item in the
description!! If u are doing this PUT IT IN THE AUCTION...

If I post in the morning I will send it 2nd class and if I post in the evening
I will send it 1st class.

Yes the cover is a good price but 4 make it an even better price!! And due
2 your fraudulent auction I have been ripped off.
I shall b keeping the cover and accept that this is a lesson learned, Unless
u can provide a more acceptable outcome I have no option but to neg u!
