surely about that : Platini has tried to appeal to the smaller countries and wants to limit the number of clubs in the Champions League to a maximum of three from any one association, as well as increasing the number of countries competing at the European Championships from 18 to 24

btw it should be 3 clubs max by country and england should loose a club then.
