General Football Thread

this is litlle bit off topic but i want to tell you (especially because of rockin)

i'm playing one short monologue (it's 15 minutes long) for the competition, and i took some parts from nick hornby's book called '' fever pitch''.
whole my monologue is about a man who is fan of arsenal, and so on.
it was pretty interesting to work on that.
and i chose one part when he's speaking about liverpool, so i thought about rockin little bit.
that part when my character speaks how arsenal and liverpool played some very important games, that reminds me about you :D
but in this my part liverpool lose one very important match...

(sorry for gramar mistakes)

yeah, it is
first day of reaading i read 150 pages.

sorry, i didn't told you that, to piss you off.
i told you that, cos i chose that part of text to speak as my monologue. and i think that it is one of the most interesting parts of the book, but also that's part of text where i can show the most of my acting abilities

A police chief inspector killed and more than 70 people injured when fans
rioted at a soccer match has prompted the Italian soccer federation to
postpone all league matches this weekend and cancel next week's
friendlies involving the national teams.

Violence has become an everyday part of Italian football. It makes
headlines only when it is really startling, as when AC Milan fans smuggled
a scooter into their stadium and hurled it from the third tier, or when an
official was kicked to death last week trying to stop brawling players in
Calabria.

Add to this Inter fans throwing flares on the pitch at Champions league
games, the match fixing scandal.........

ITALIAN FOOTBALL IS IN DISGRACE :|

Cancel games for 2 weeks..........
What will that do.... give the thugs two weeks to regroup.

Maybe the Police & Football authorities need to step in, apparently the
areas around the grounds are no-go areas for police on match day...
:err: thats a good place to start isnt it.

Maybe UEFA need to step in but we all know what they are like dont we

yeah i heard about that rocky, footy in Italia really became a shitty thing with all this problems and racism.

And the new head bump by Materazzi :x
