Mymum does that.....she can go for months without one...doesn't it make you go light headed when you do have one? :?

I smoke rollies as well, shouldn't do really, they're not doing me any good. I think i'll give them up after Christmas and the new year. I stop drinking booze for three months a year, so i might combine the two, and hopefully drop the ciggies altogether
