I just got home and I'm about to throw in some laundry and make food

Looking at an unfinished painting from a few years ago and comparing it to my most recent. I did the right thing by changing brushes. Now I think I'll have to go over this whole painting again because the old brushwork looks so awful

It's all blurry and the textures don't look great. I like how the most recent looks more chunky and solid and defined

I got a new electric kettle and I've started the first boil to clean it

I looked this up and they recommend boiling and discarding 3 batches of water

I want a cup of tea but I guess I'll just boil that water in one of my sauce pots

I don't want to do the boil/cool down cycle too rapidly on this kettle. Can't break it before I've had the chance to use it properly

Windows just tried to strong arm me into going to Windows 11. Nope

I think I'm going to end up learning to use Linux

Windows 10 was a significant downgrade in operating systems and I heard 11 is even worse

Like, why does the fucking search on 10 automatically go to the internet. I'm searching for the shit already on my computer

If I wanted to search the internet I would go on the internet

And I heard they stuffed ai shit into everything. Not touching that either
