I just came back from a very nice christmas party

I just got home and I'm about to throw in some laundry and make food

Looking at an unfinished painting from a few years ago and comparing it to my most recent. I did the right thing by changing brushes. Now I think I'll have to go over this whole painting again because the old brushwork looks so awful

It's all blurry and the textures don't look great. I like how the most recent looks more chunky and solid and defined
