Looking up alternative chili powders for taco seasonings. I can't eat ancho at all. I tried chipotle tonight but it's very spicy, even with a smaller amount. Looks like there are two other kinds. I miss living in the predominantly Mexican neighborhoods because I could get substitutes pretty easily.
