Finally had Vietnamese pho the other day. It was good, and it was a lot more food than I expected

Started taking this fish oil concentrate and I feel better. Some studies say it helps with inflammation and sure enough the pain in my hand has gone down dramatically

I was wondering if I had tendonitis, but my hand doesn't swell up. That's supposed to be one of the signs. My hand always felt inflamed though. I've been trying to rest it when I can but there's only so much I can do

Luckily when I practice guitar any right hand movements are extremely simple

I'm getting the tiniest bit faster

I believe I have a mild food allergy. I would like to figure out what it is

I just get hives and itchy skin, no breathing problems

Apparently I set if off pretty badly last night and woke up feeling like shit warmed over. I do need to figure this out

Upon doing research, it turns out you can still have symptoms for days after. Things like aches and fatigue

I do not believe I'm allergic to chocolate though

I have learned about making bacon in the oven. Supposedly it's not anywhere near as messy as the stove top. I think I will try this

I came home intending to do all sorts of things but then passed out right after dinner

Checking out some of George Lynch's other work. He's always been a great guitar player. Dokken was all over the place in terms of quality but generally he made things better

For a change I had spicy ramen for dinner. That was just spicy enough
