it's not croatian word, it's half croatian half english or someone elses.
I also didn't know what it means when you first time posted it :D

ivan has a point, but its messy to explain so I've just written Croatian word ;)
actually it's a mix of english word "true" (pronounce: čru) and our local "č" in it ;) ... well it's complicated... anyway :D
