It's very hard to tell what it is. Freqs around 10-12 kHz are lower then average recording from that time. I would probably say we should not share it ib the hub and try to find tape, but this one was shared long time ago.

EDIT: Yes there is cut at 13 kHz, but we can't know is it MD or mp3.
