you will win. I'm always with 1 or 2 ciggies per day and zero in the day. I smoke the first one around 8 or 9 pm and i have to say that i passed a stage, coz i don't think about cigs during the day now :fist:

i just smoke on the evening so i think i didn't lost the war entirely. It's hard in the day but i have to say it's more and more easy.

For the evening, i really like to smoke so it will be my fight for a long time i think :|

I'm still at my friends house everyday and she smokes, so not easy to stop again yet.
