Guinness is one of my favorite beers. Killian's are also very good. I read about it on yahoo news at one time that Guinness has a fatty acid that reduces your risk of having a stroke. I wouldn't recomend drinking it to access but for casual drinking, it's definatly a benefit.

I don't drink a lot either but I am having a few Guinnesses tonight in observance of St. Patrick's Day. I'm not Irish but I still celebrate it with my Irish friends on the IMBB and here.
