Acoustic & Chipmunk Versions Of Maiden Classics!

I'm afraid I must disagree, Gates Of Tomorrow is a fucking great song. Then again, I am able to see the greatness in every Maiden song and love them all

I agree :withstupid:

With Maiden's arrival in my homeland of Scotland this coming week, there was only ever one song I could record to celebrate...

'The Clansman'!!!

Hope you enjoy it! You may notice the increase in sound quality. I've just bought a Samson Q1U USB microphone which has put an end to those nasty noise spikes forever! Hooray!!

I came across your renditions a few months ago over at maidenfans, I never got the chance to say this there, but I think they're fantastic, my personal favorite is your cover of Reach Out.

Keep up the good work man! :D

These are so great, they really bring out the skill of maiden to the max, loads of people just think "yeah iron maiden, just another heavy metal band who go round destroying eardrums and eating bats", and it really pisses me of, people who havn't even heard maiden go round slagging them off because of the current heavy metal stereotype :x :x :x , I just pity their ignorance, I just people would switch off their crappy, shallow, baseless commercial pop and listen to stuff which actually had some feeling in it. I've kind of diverted from the topic in my rant so anyway. Great work and keep it up! :D :D :D :D

Thanks, MM. I'm very glad that these versions can help show the musicality of Maiden to people who would otherwise never listen to them either due to prejudices or that they think all the songs will be too loud for them. My girlfriend is one of those. She doesn't like the decibel level of Maiden but loves my versions of the songs. I don't mind that. At least she's listening to Maiden, albeit by proxy!
