stop writing things like this. it's your opinion. I don't wanna listen things like that. Iron Maiden have great tour again, if you don't wonna go on the concert sell you're ticket, but don't judge about concert before you see itBen said:

I want to FORMALY apologize to the guys in Iron Maiden. I have been a HUGE Iron Maiden fan since 1983 and I will totally admit that I was one of the people SORELY disappointed that they were playing the whole new album with little else on the current tour. I was also occasionally vocal about it on this site as well.
I had the opportunity to see the guys play at The Meadowlands in NJ and I have to say that as soon as they hit the stage my mind was drastically changed. By the time they hit the 5th song, my mind was DEFINITELY changed. They were ON FIRE. Now, granted, it's harder to "lose your mind" and freak out at a show when you don't know the stuff, but they really kept my interest the whole albums worth. I did know a fair amount of it going in and I was really sold...really blown away.
In the middle of the set, Bruce explained WHY they were playing it. It was because the USA made AMOLAD a TOP 10 album and they were extremely proud not just of the album BUT...of the US making it top 10. At the end of the album set, Bruce BOWED and said..."A Matter of Life And Death" which I thought was profound and I was totally moved. You could see how proud he was and it showed in how well they played every damn song. It was blistering.
SO, with that said, of all the things that Iron Maiden has seen on this site and heard about, I hope they see THIS...I TOTALLY APOLOGIZE FOR BITCHING ! ! ! You guys RULE and if given the chance to see this tour again, I'd go in a heartbeat..GLADLY ! ! !
The guys in Iron Maiden CERTAINLY do NOT deserve the likes of that sign being thrown on stage saying "Play classics." I didn't catch where that show was, but I thought Bruce DID handle it well. As Nicko Mcbrain might have said...That was BOLLOCKS ! !
Again, spread the word of this apology so others who have yet to see this show may have a different view going in. IT RULED ! ! MAIDEN RULES ! ! This TOUR...RULED ! ! !
