Push the "PrtScrn"-button and then go to "Paint" and click "paste" or "Ctrl+V"...

yeah it looks like mac os but i was thrown off by the recycle bin
Still for me the best of windows systems is 2000. For some reason XP doesn't last longer that a few days.

if you have 3000 programs in startup then yes it is slow. All it takes is the right configuration
