imagine having to pay to post in some equivalent of maiden talk

for talk music i would think about it but for maiden talk no fuckin way

talk music and creators corner were the only two good sections on imbb imo
 
I think loss in future earnings will be much bigger then expenses for running IMBB for free.

For example I don't have mood to do several gigs on the next tour. Maybe only 1.
 
No way, I'm broke as it is. I had my run on the Maiden board and as I already posted there, I had fun while I was there, and I'm grateful for the great memories. However, most of my friends from the old IMBB are already here, so I'm here to stay. :banana:
 
I haven't joined but I still might.
If, for a change, membership might actually have some benifits for USA gigs, then I will probably join towards the end of this year.
No sense in joining now as Maiden won't even hit the USA until 2007.

I only hung out on the offical board for the trade section.
Rarely went in the other areas of the board.
Though if all the spammers and trolls are filtered out because of the fee, it might not be such a bad place.

I know people who are members and will get their opinion in the fall after all the bugs are worked out and things are settled down.
