Why wouldn't they be? You'd have to have some compassion if you're doing that kind of job :)

Sadly some people don't - they only do it for the money (although it's not that much :? ).
Counseling is hard- you have to actually care to be effective. :|

Yeah, but you have to be careful so it doesn't affect you personally so you'll get problems in the future.

That's a fair few years, i'm sure it can be pretty tough. But after being involved for that length of time, and still be doing it, hopefully you do get some kind of reward from it :)

Knowing I help my clients better their lives is pretty nice reward. And payed vacations and holidays is rewarding too :banana: :banana:
