They weren't that bad. The first one was scary though :| I was backing up...very fast, and I hit the car of a pretty huge guy. My friend was in the car with me, and as soon as he saw who I hit, he went "...you're dead now!" :shock: Luckily the other guy didn't take it that bad. But I ended up paying him a lot of money for the damages :x

The second time was on the motorway. It was raining and the car infront of me slammed the breaks. I had to do the same thing, but because it was so wet I didn't stop so I hit him

Nothing major...just bad luck

You wouldn't believe how ignorant the customers are, though. Once, somebody wanted reprints, so they put a big 'X' right on the negative. Absolutely ruined them.
