That's not nice, i feel for you old friend. It must be a bit of a struggle at the moment. I always found that herbal tea/infusions seemed to help when i was suffering like that.

I used to love the Ginger and Lemon infusion that Tesco's used to make, very refreshing in muggy weather.

Poor you ! We are just all getting on each others nerves tonight, i'm in the kitchen and mr wickys in the living room..... its safer that way LOL

It's cloudy over here today. We had a HUGE thunderstorm last night. I saw some huge bolts over my back yard. The storm lasted for about 2 hours and there was also a lot of wind and heavy rain. We're suppose to be getting more storms today.
