Here's what was with the pic, couldn't be bothered to copy it earlier LOL

This photo was taken in Swansea, UK, from an office, just opposite the site where council workmen were cleaning up after making an excellent job of erecting and cementing in, traffic bollards.
This was to prevent cars parking on the large open area in front of the grey building on the right.
