As a soon-to-be Barrister.... I try to seperate my personal and legal oppinions.

My personal oppinions say he's guilty as hell. My personal and legal oppinions are that the American Justice System is screwed up and favours the rich, and in almost all cases extremely rich people can win criminal trials. Luckily, however, Michael Jackson is now bankrupt. On my legal oppinion, over 98% of people prosecuted are guility.

My personal oppinion is that he was guilty last time there was going to be a prosecution which is why he paid a ridiculously high ammount (I think it was $17 000 000) to get the case dropped.

Mr. Jackson is indeed bakrupt, but he has alot of agencies willing to give him 'credit' and he has given alot of his money to his relatives. That's why he is a flight risk. As for the drugs- he is abusing legal prescription drugs and has been for a long time. He admitted to this several times in interviews. These drugs are causing his body to deteriorate.

Ozzy was using over 16 different prescription drugs- which were what caused him to be so incoherent. His doctor(s) had him constantly doped up. He was using several drugs that counteract eachother and cause neurological damage (Dilantin was one of them- and that one is harsh). His doctors are to blame for his inability to speak and move well. :|

That too- alcohol combined with Dilantin causes brain problems, and it can strip your teeth of enamel :shock: causing them to fall out

I don't think so- that was caused by his excessive plastic surgery.

Too much cocaine can cause your nasal passages to deteriorate to the point of having to have your nose removed though :|
