but then again this is the most probable scenario:
juve will start cautiously cause liverpool will probably try to get an early away goal. after a while juve will start going forward more and more and liverpool will defend and wait for their chance from counter attacks. liverpool will play agressive defence and they will try to prevent balls from defence reaching nedved or camoranesi. if they do so that will be a huge step towards going through to the semi's. that will require a huge performance from biscan and gerrard and whilst gerrard will probably come through, biscan probably isnt good enough which could have been seen on yesterdays match
juventus attacks were going through biscan's part of the midfield, gerrards part was pretty much stable but he did nothing more than that.
if that happens again in turin...well del piero, trezeguet and ibrahimovic dont need a lot of chances to score
and with fully fit nedved as a hidden threat with his long shots liverpool's chances look rather slim
that is why liverpool need to score an early goal. to put pressure on juve
