And we mods have ways of banning you so you couldn't come back, no matter if you changed anything or not.

EDIT: And I can see you have a static IP. So how would you go about asking your ISP to change it? LOL

and mods do not have the power to ban
only to moderate topic
this powers including:
deleteing topics
locking topics
unlocking topics
editing posts
and other useless shit

He can't change a static IP he has from a ISP. Unless he has a really, really, REALLY good reason, and calls them up, they'll just say "fuck off" and hang up.

The other way is to use a modem, but like I said, if you want to go through all that trouble....

MM is right you don't get it
it sends a new IP to you ISP and if it doesn't recognise it makes another etc
in other words you get a random IP everytime you switch your comp on

of course before. i don't know if they still exist. there were these sites where you would do certain things and they would send a false ip to wherever you go to. only problem was that if you did some damage like illegal breaking into a computer or such creators of that site needed to give up your real ip if they were asked about it
