That is what the guy claimed... but there are laws in almost all countries prohibiting pornographic pictures of anyone under 18. Including countries like England where the age of consent is 16. So it is considered child-porn legally. And as such the post should be reported to the police. Also there is the chance that if the picture was of his girlfriend, like he claims, that permission was not given to publish it, which is another crime.

Of course. I'm not defending it. I'm just saying the people shouting "child-porn" and "contact the police" are taking it too far. There are like 6 threads about this on the IM BB. They should just report it to the mods and stop talking about it.

so what you're telling me that any pic of any girl that is under 18 is child porn? so if i took a pic of my girlfirend's breast while both she and i were 17 i can get sued for child pornoghraphy is that what you'r telling me?
