Yesterday a customer left her credit card by accident and came back to get it today. She insisted upon giving me $20

There was exactly one soda left of the kind I wanted. Am I weird for thinking there might be something wrong with it?

Got my watercolor pans today. I will figure out how to cut open these tubes without making a mess

Reviving the watercolors was a success. Most were completely dry but kind of rubbery and I was able to peel chunks of pigment off the inside of the tubes.

The burnt sienna tube was actually still gooey inside. It was the same exact color and consistency of melted chocolate. It made me want chocolate

The blues dried properly in their new pans but the browns did not

The problem new hire is gone it seems. She called out/didn't show up 5 times in 2 weeks

Oh no, she might be back. I heard she contacted the boss but not the outcome

Yep, she's coming back. This doesn't affect me too much but they'll have to figure out who is opening the store all week when she calls out again

My holiday decorating job called me and they can offer me quite a few days in November. I'm going to be tired but I'll do it

I was taking the train home tonight and I saw a lad who looked a lot like a young Dave Murray. Leather jacket, tshirt that looked like a radio station logo. I'm glad the kids are continuing the tradition
