Now thinking one of the guys at work asked me about Metal music. He hasn't really listened to it before and he thought he'd ask me about what i thought was good and if i could recomend anything.

So tonight i am going burn a few cd's off for him, just as a taster, then he can buy the stuff he really likes.

I thought i'd perhaps give him a selection of the following:
