I'm just bad at them Fraidy, i always leave it until the last minute :err: And i never really know what to write to be honest

Frequently tempted to write "You haven't sacked me yet, so i can't be doing to bad :D "

Not sure i have the guts to do that though :err:

Trouble is my boss knows how hard i work, and so does my bosses boss. But its just the "HR" people who need to have it written down to see if you deserve a pat on the back, or a kick up the arse :roll:

I'm probably making it sound worse than it is. It just always makes me feel like i'm saying "Look how good i am, look at what i've done, i'm better than everyone else..." and i don't like that very much :|

I had a good weekend thanx. It seems everyone was fighting elsewhere, which suits me fine :)
There was a few bad 'vibes' but if you stay aware of your surroundings it's quite easy to break it down before you need to go anywhere near being physical. :)

Plus some knobber I don't like too much got a good hiding for upsetting someone somewhere, I was so upset :evil:
But glad It was nowhere near my place :D
