in croatia in high school(well only gymnasiums, not sure for technical schools) its obligtory. if its classic gymnasium latin and old greek are obligatory for 4 years and in normal gymnasiums its only 2 years and only latin.

EDIT: WAIT YOU AREN'T IN HIGH SCHOOL YET :shock: here high school isn't obligatory, only grade school is(6th or 7th age of life - 13th or 14th), at 14th or 15th you start highschool that lasts 4 years if you are in gymasium or techical and 3 years if you are studying for jobs such as (salesperson, mechanic.....) after gymnasium you have to enroll in collage(well its not obligtory but you can't do anything with only a gymnasium, not even work as a waiter)
