They came out a little crispier than I wanted. Got to figure out the cause of that

They should come out the oven softish then they harden while cooling.

I had all of these chances to take them out sooner I kept leaving them in for a couple more minutes because they looked too pale.

That’s what I’ve found anyway.....
The first time I left them in longer than I should and they were very crunchy
