I spent 8 Years as a Chef. Until it just started to piss me off, having to cater for numerous ungrateful bastards.

So now I cook what I want, Eat what I want , and enjoy my food without worrying wether it's going to add to my waist line

I know whats good for me and whats not. I get enough exersize to keep reasonable. So I'm a happy camper :banana:
