I think CIPWM is the worst song that they've done (with Bruce)...there were loads worse with Blaze :|


My list is the same as nomads (his new list :wink: )
 
I love Maiden as a band and have followed them for 28 years now but I'm not totally blind - they have done some very poor songs over the years. 'Can I Play With Madness' was certainly a low point on that album and I REALLY don't like 'Bring Your Daughter to the Slaughter', which I find embarrassingly bad. On albums like 'Fear of the Dark' and 'No Prayer for the Dying' it's hard to choose as there are so many poor songs but for me there can be only one winner in a poll like this and I'm amazed nobody has mentioned it so far. The all time worst song Maiden have ever done by some considerable margin has to be 'Quest for Fire'. From the first time I heard this song I have hated it with a passion. Even after all these years I still can't believe how it was allowed onto the album. As soon as I hear the words 'In a time when dinasaurs ruled the earth' I feel like I'd rather gnaw my own leg off than listen to any more. In comparison to this musical monstrosity, everything else they have done is a work of genius.
