It is a bit. :|
And considering it was their fans which died in the tragedy they obviously
dont give a shit :|
They obviously blame the Liverpool fans for the deaths.
But the facts are there.........
Little or no fan segregation
A crumbling delapidated stadium. (which has since been rebuilt)
What was separating the fans was no more than a chicken wire fence.
So really the authorities are to blame for letting the game go ahead there
in the first place.
Liverpool football club had expressed concerns about the venue 7 days
prior to the tragedy.
The Juventus fans weren't totally blameless....
When the Liverpool players came out for their warm-up they were greeted
with lumps of concrete and bits of brick being thrown at them.
This turned out to be bits of the stadium :|
It was 20 years ago.
English clubs and Liverpool paid the price with a lengthy ban from Europe :|
The Liverpool fans which were obviously guilty were dealt with.
For the first time in 20 years the team has been drawn together......
So Liverpool FC hold out an olive branch and that is the response
they get.
It doesnt look to good for next week does it.
I hope and pray it goes by without incident. :|
Obviously if an Italian teams fans starts trouble it just gets brushed under
the UEFA carpet like it normally does :|
Or a Turkish teams fans :|
But if it is an English club just ban them :|
