taking over the world, placing me as a dictator of the whole world, legalising cannibalism and placing all of them in bosnia, making a huge wall around bosinia so no one could escape and sending criminals to bosnia.m if someone steals a gum from a store and gets caught he goes to bosnia where he would be haunted down by cannibals nad if he kills one cannibal, he gets the award of one completley free. and if he kills them all his life will be spared. the criminal would be unarmed and so would the cannibals
