they speak of adult stuff and some of them know each other but there all way older than me so why would a 31 year old for example meet up with a 12 year old at a gig but then i havent been to a gig but i might at the 2005 tour :banana:Jon said:I thought one of the great things about the internet was that you dont have to reveal how old you are/what you're like/who you are unless you want to.
I benefit a lot from the fact that I dont have to deal with my age when doing stuff on the net, and people dont question it. This forum doesnt have any censorship or age restrictions enforced on it, a 12 year old is just as welcome to post in any thread as a 32 year old, or whatever. Its hard for someone to leave you out of a public discussion, so I'm not sure I understand the issue.

yeh but i am saying that who would ant to meet a 12 year old at a gig?Jon said:I think this is more of a situation where the main posters here are all pretty much familiar with each other, and some have met each other, so they have their own group and are more direct in talking to each other. Its not that they're leaving you out so much as they are a tight knit group anyway.

i know that LOL i amnt saying that i am just wanting to speak to someone my age :x why dont people get itCyrus said:I don't think anybody would mind that. You're all there to enjoy good music. But someone who is, for example 12, doesn't have much things in common with a 30 year-old, so naturally they tend to stick to people with their own agegroup.
And older people don't really feel comfortable chatting to younger kids they don't know. They can get some strange looks :err:

i know but i dont have alot of friends round here and my friends from school are always never in and like i said before the reason im up is because the WWE monthly main event is coming onCyrus said:Well, not that many kids tend to be on the internet I think. They'd rather be outside with their mates or whatever.
Besides...usually kids at your age are in bed at (almost) 1 am
