Lines in the MySQL database effectively cost us $0, so its not like theres any reason to delete them. Maybe one user will come back some time and start using their account, and to me that makes keeping all 800 worthwhile.

I considered sending out a newsletter to all the registered users telling them about the latest changes to the BB and forums, I think that would probably add a few more regular users.
