Let me know if that is correct and I will look for who to contact........

As a helper I have access to everyones IP address who posts here.

Here are all thier phone numbers.
You may need technical support, that is who I would try.
You said you had the other guys IP address so that should help.
You may need to get ur mother to ring as I doubt the account is in your name though :wink:
 
And tell that the prick is threatening to hack on your PC and is hacking on your msn conversations...
