I'm going to attempt to "re-wire" the phone socket so i can avoid paying a BT engineer £140 to swap a couple of wires over for when my Broad Beans arrive.

I shall take great care and ensure i make notes of exactly where everythings plugged in, so i can put it back, just in case i fuck it up

Should it all go horribly wrong and i fry everything, think only this of me...
