Video Size

I have downloaded hammersmith 82 and paris 86 mpegs from the hub.
The problem is when i burn mpegs to VCD it only works if the video size is 352X288.The 2 maiden shows are 352X240 and when i burn them to vcd it does not work proply.How can i change them to the right size?????

please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't watch VCDs, but 288 is half of PAL screen height and 240 is half of NTSC screen height. So those two VCDs must be NTSC.
