As you can see, the Eddie from the Trooper single cover has been parodied many times where the British flag he is holding has been changed to other country's flag perhaps as a homage to that country.
 
rockin_plumber and wicky, if you look closely at Iron Domek's avatar you can see the Trooper Eddie holding a Croatian flag instead of a British flag.
