I think wicky is in the right way 50/50 :D

I am confused :?

Webber was clearly past Fischi :|
Pictures clearly showed that Fischi had zero grooves left on his tyres :|
Meaning Fishi had no grip :|
Fisci obviously felt this :|
Webber on the other hand still had grooves :|
Webber felt he was able to make this move stick :|
Which he would have done if it wasn't for a loony Renault driver :|
Fishi broke too late :|
Fishi hit Webber :|
So I have changed my mind :|
Fishi was 100% to blame :|

I'll post it before rockin does

Giancarlo Fisichella was adjudged the guilty party in the collision with Mark Webber that eliminated both drivers from yesterday’s Malaysian Grand Prix.

After reviewing videotape evidence of the lap 37 incident and hearing representations from both drivers and their teams, race stewards decided not to issue any penalties but warned Fisichella about his future conduct.

A contributing factor in the skirmish was the fact that the Renault driver had lost a piece of his front bodywork and was grappling with a handling imbalance and worsening tyre wear.

Webber was insistent that Fisichella simply outbraked himself and would not have made the corner even had the Williams not been there.

“I respect Giancarlo a lot – he’s a good driver and he doesn’t do that every weekend,” said Webber. “But if I wasn’t there he’d have lost the car anyway. His car was finished.
