I made flax pudding and it's doing its transformation in the fridge. I've never had it before but I have had flaxseed. It's actually really good

I let it sit for a few days because it was super liquidy and when I came back it wasn't good. Weirdly gloppy and the flavor was really off.

Really disappointing because flax on yogurt is good
