yeah smoking outside during winter (not officially winter but....) is shitty :| and i'm not in a stopping mood :|

Shingles sux :|
I had it twice :(
But the spot were on my lower back.

I had it once, agony :shock: I had it on my shoulder blade, was hell :|


Good news is Jake hasn't got shingles :banana: :banana: He's just got some spots cos he got so run down with this bloody cold :(
 
ciggie time for frenchy :|

i smoke 3 or 4 ciggies per day now and i wash my hands just after to not be 'bad smelly' with Ana 8)
