To Whom It May Concern,

I am returning my copy of Iron Maiden – Death On The Road as reported
to you on February 6th.
I don’t know if you are aware but it appears there are widespread
problems with the stereo concert disc of this DVD. When the disc gets
halfway through the picture jumps and pixilates. If you visit
www.ironmaiden.com you will probably find many posts on the bulletin
board, but the management at EMI don’t seem to be doing anything official
about the faulty disc.
I do believe the USA release has been cancelled due to these problems as well.
I don’t know if the product has been recalled now, but obviously I don’t
want to be sending DVD’s back and forth to you should this problem still
exist. This is why I have held on to the DVD for another week before
returning it. Hopefully EMI will have sorted something out and everyone will be happy.
Once again I do not wish to cancel my order; I just want a working copy.

As stated you will refund my postage costs which will be £1.73 according
to the Royal Mail website.

you dad he learnt some english so these moments don't happen very often with him nowadays...
the only one i can remember is saying hello wanky rocky
as it later turned out he had no idea what he said to rockin but he though it sounded cool LOL
