Anyway, i've managed to find a nice couple of places to invest in. I guess its a case of "totting" up the finances and seeing if its worth it really :|

I feel a bit sorry for the youngsters, how the hell are they going to get on the property ladder :shock:

I know, things are getting harder for people, but i guess its always been that way. You've just got to work hard at getting a good deal, or move abroad like you've suggested before :)

Tell me about it :( I had houses sorted out both times before i was made redundant. Nice places, nice n cosey, get the mortgage sorted out, just get to signing,get made redundant :x

Had it valued October last year at £118,000

I know,its amazing, luckily me and Miss Bocky earn a reasonable wage between us, not loads, but enough :shock: hopefully. And its been bloody hard for us to get things sorted :(
