yeap.. religious reasons obviously. But if we need something, the Liquor stores are still open, so are small markets and convience stores.

they're trying to prohibit that here as well :|

would make life easier if the stores were open on sundays
i know both ways since we had no shops open on sudays for a while last year but they abandoned that law after huge protests from the people
