Been a very hard few years, the last two especially. Feeling very tired and anxious, which is not good. Luckily we have a bit of holiday coming up soon, which I can’t wait for. Just wish I could sleep better. Will make it my aim to get more sleep this year

Sergio (the Russian that was poisoned wth the nerve agent) had two pet guinea pigs and they have died of starvation....
