When are our governments, and i refer specifically to the US and UK governments, going to do something to stop what's going on in the Lebanon?
I know its probabaly a bit out of order to bring up something political on this BB but i just felt like saying something about it.
Why do the US and UK governments (and i mean governments, not the people) feel they can stand by and ignore what's going on in Zimbabwe or Kashmir or Myanmar?
Why is that left to the UN or the African Union? or UNMIS in Sudan and UNMIL in Liberia ?
And why did they feel they could send forces to Bosnia, Afghanistan and Iraq and yet it sounds like (although i could be wrong) that neither government has any intention of sending any troops in to a buffer between Israel and Lebanon ?
Innocent people are being killed on both sides day in day out and yet our governments do nothing? 4 UN peacekeepers are killed after their well marked and well known observation post was hit by shelling at least 14 times !!! FOURTEEN times ! And Indian peackeeping troops attempting to rescue their colleagues came under fire from Israeli positions :|
What does this say to the rest of the world?
It says "You can do what you like, go on go ahead.....as long as the US and UK are backing you up, nobody can do anything about it...."
It makes me sick :x

too much interests are there to send troops for the moment. US government's holding Israel and UK's government and Lebanon is too dangerous about his attachments with Iran :|
If the big governments enter in an armed conflict, all this part of the planet could be on fire.
For the moment i think, coz if Lebanon (specially Hessbolah which is introduced in the Lebanon's government continue to grade up this conflict, there won't have peace issue :|
