We're supposed to have a snowstorm starting this afternoon. I have 2 boxes of the almonds so I'm all set

The snowstorm dumped 8 inches on us. That's 20 cm

Really fucking cold! I took the trash out but got as far as the gate leading to the alley because the lock was frozen. I ended up throwing all the trashbags over the gate, which was risky because the top has spikes on it. Then I had to go back inside so I could go out the front entrance of the building and around the block to gather up all the trash and put it into the bins

The seed tray of my birdfeeder is frozen in place. Normally I can pull it out and refill it, but now I have to put the birdseed in a bowl and try to dump as much in the feeder as possible while the opening is facing away from me.
